By using KankuPagla and booking tickets through our platform, you agree to the following terms:
All tickets for Kankupagla 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Only digital e-tickets are accepted. Physical tickets will not be issued.
Entry will be granted solely upon successful scanning of the valid e-ticket at the venue entrance.
No e-ticket = No entry. It is the attendee’s responsibility to carry and preserve their digital ticket.
In the event of natural calamities (including but not limited to heavy rainfall, flooding, earthquakes, government curfews, or any act of God), the event will not be canceled, but postponed to a later date.
The rescheduled date will be communicated via email only to all ticket holders.
Tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
Registrations made via referral codes are subject to approval by the Kankupagla curation team.
Full payment must be made during registration.
If your profile is not approved, the ticket amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
The organizers reserve full discretion in approving or rejecting applications, and are not obligated to provide justification.
The organizers reserve the right to:
Deny entry to anyone without a valid e-ticket or matching government-issued ID proof.
Remove any individual from the premises for misconduct or non-compliance with event rules.
Enforce age restrictions, if announced in advance.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and uphold the cultural integrity of the event.
Any damage to venue property will be the responsibility of the individual involved and may result in financial compensation.
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage of belongings during the event.
By attending the event, you grant consent to be photographed or filmed.
These photos and videos may be used for promotional, social media, or archival purposes by the organizers.
Personal data collected during the ticketing process will be used exclusively for:
Event-related communication
Security and verification purposes
Internal analytics
We will never share your data with third parties without explicit consent.
All decisions made by the organizers regarding entry, security, scheduling, or other matters will be final and binding.
