Shipping Policy

Kankupagla 2025 only issues digital tickets. No physical tickets or items will be shipped.

Ticket Delivery:

  • Upon successful payment, your e-ticket will be delivered via email to the registered email address used during booking.

  • You will also receive a confirmation SMS (if a phone number is provided during booking).

If You Didn’t Receive Your Ticket:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder.

  • Still missing? Contact us within 24 hours at tickets.kankupagla@gmail.com with your transaction details.

Important:

  • Tickets are sent immediately upon confirmation. Ensure your email address is entered correctly.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect contact details.
