At Kankupagla 2025, we put significant effort into curating a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience. Due to the nature of event ticketing and limited-capacity access, we maintain the following strict refund policy:
1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstance
- All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable once the transaction is completed.
- This applies to inability to attend, change of personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the event.
2. Referral Code Ticket Applications
- If your ticket purchase is made via a referral code and your application is not approved by our curation team, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Ticket Transfers
- Name changes or ticket transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.
