Refund and Returns Policy

At Collective 6, we curate limited-capacity cultural and experiential events that require advance planning, vendor commitments, and operational costs. Therefore, the following refund policy applies to all events unless stated otherwise.

1. No Refunds or Cancellations

  • All tickets once purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds will be issued for inability to attend, personal circumstances, travel issues, dissatisfaction, or change of plans.

2. Curated / Approval-Based Tickets

  • For events that require approval, invitation, or referral-based access, if a ticket application is not approved by the Organiser, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds under this clause will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

3.Ticket Transfers & Name Changes

  • Ticket transfers, resale, or name changes are not permitted under any circumstances unless explicitly mentioned for a specific event.

4.Ticket Transfers & Name Changes

  • In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling by the Organiser, refund or credit options (if any) will be communicated separately and handled as per applicable laws and operational feasibility.

5.Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without valid grounds may result in ticket cancellation and restricted access to future events organised by Collective 6.
