Referral Code Rejections:
If your profile is not approved during referral-based booking, the full ticket amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Technical Issues (Payment Success, Ticket Failure):
If your payment is successful but you do not receive a ticket, and notify us within 48 hours, your issue will be investigated and refunded if applicable.
Change of mind or personal conflict
Late arrival or no-show
Lost or deleted e-ticket
Force majeure situations (e.g., weather, curfew) — in such cases, the event will be rescheduled, not canceled
