Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy, except under the specific conditions listed below:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Referral Code Rejections:

    • If your profile is not approved during referral-based booking, the full ticket amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Technical Issues (Payment Success, Ticket Failure):

    • If your payment is successful but you do not receive a ticket, and notify us within 48 hours, your issue will be investigated and refunded if applicable.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind or personal conflict

  • Late arrival or no-show

  • Lost or deleted e-ticket

  • Force majeure situations (e.g., weather, curfew) — in such cases, the event will be rescheduled, not canceled
