By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Kankupagla 2025 on 3rd October 2025 at Gangaur Farm, Vadodara, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Ticket Policy
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Digital e-tickets are mandatory for entry. No physical tickets will be issued.
- Entry is granted only upon scanning a valid e-ticket at the venue.
2. Admission Rights
- Entry may be denied to any person without a valid ticket or matching ID proof.
- Organizers reserve the right to remove individuals for inappropriate conduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of event rules.
- Age restrictions, if applicable, will be announced in advance and enforced.
3. Conduct
- Attendees must respect cultural rituals and maintain decorum.
- Damage to venue property will be charged to the responsible individual.
- The organizers are not liable for injury, theft, or loss during the event.
4. Media & Photography
- By attending, you grant permission to be photographed/filmed for promotional and archival purposes.
5. Food & Beverages
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Curated food, drinks, and maha prasad will be available inside the premises.
6. Safety & Security
- Security checks will be conducted at entry points.
- Medical assistance will be available on-site.
7. Dress Code
- Red chaniya cholis for women and red kurtas for men are encouraged, along with complementary colors and traditional jewellery.
8. Final Authority
- The organizer’s decision is final in all matters relating to the event.
