These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at any event (“Event”) organised by Collective 6 (“Organiser”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Ticketing & Entry
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Tickets may be issued in digital format only. Physical tickets are not mandatory unless specified.
- Entry to the Event is permitted only upon successful verification of a valid ticket at the venue.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, tampered with, or already used.
2. Admission & Identification
- Attendees may be required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
- Entry may be denied or revoked without refund if an attendee fails to comply with Event rules or verification requirements.
- Age restrictions, if applicable, will be clearly communicated prior to the Event and strictly enforced.
3. Conduct & Behaviour
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, lawful, and culturally appropriate manner.
- Any form of harassment, violence, substance abuse, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
- Damage to venue property, equipment, or installations will be charged to the responsible individual.
4. Liability & Disclaimer
- Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk.
- The Organiser shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Event, except where required under applicable Indian law.
- The Organiser is not liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, technical failures, or force majeure events.
5. Media, Photography & Recording
- By attending the Event, you grant the Organiser the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, marketing, documentation, and archival purposes, without compensation.
- Attendees may not use professional recording equipment without prior written permission from the Organiser.
6. Food, Beverages & Substances
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless medically required.
- Food, drinks, or prasad provided inside the venue are subject to availability.
- Consumption of prohibited substances is strictly forbidden and may lead to removal and legal action if required.
7. Safety & Security
- Security checks may be conducted at entry points for the safety of all attendees.
- Medical assistance or first-aid support may be available on-site; however, the Organiser is not responsible for medical outcomes beyond reasonable assistance.
- Attendees must comply with instructions issued by security personnel, volunteers, or event staff at all times.
8. Dress Code
- Certain Events may encourage or mandate specific attire or traditional dress themes, which will be communicated in advance.
- The Organiser reserves the right to restrict entry if attire is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or offensive.
9. Event Changes & Cancellation
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify event schedules, artists, performances, venues, or timings without prior notice.
- In case of cancellation or postponement, refunds or credits (if any) will be processed as per the Organiser’s communicated policy and applicable laws.
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during ticket purchase or registration will be used solely for event communication, safety, and administrative purposes.
- Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for essential event operations.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
12. Final Authority
- The decision of Collective 6 shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Event.
- Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
